Short description
GoogleDocs is a web application for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, drawings and forms. Users can work simultaneous in documents.
How is it used for learning?
It is very useful for any kind of group work. E.g. a text (provided during an jigsaw classroom) can be summarized as a drawing by a group of three people (as alternative to an Flipchat picture).
Also during a live web conference (see BigBlueButton) GoogleDocs is useful to work collaboratively on texts / drawings / presentations.
